A Pre-Inspection Fee of $349 (subject to applicable taxes) for all RVs is required in advance to cover the expenses of interior/exterior cleaning and inspection.
What will be inspected:  Propane mono leak test, carbon monoxide test, remove wheels and inspect bearings, brake linings, springs and shackles (excludes motorized vehicles), inspect break-a-way switch and cable, inspect tires for pressure, wear and leaks (spare included), check propane levels, ignite and check all appliance operations, inspect roof and vent seals, check all exterior light operations, load test battery, air pressure test and complete water system.  All units will be in resale conditioned it will be washed, cleaned and maintained while on the lot.  All tanks will be flushed out.
