The best part of it all is that your staff actually knows what they are talking about! I've been to so many different dealerships where the workers tell me things I just know are not true. They are guessing so they can make an easy dollar off of me. Something that one dealer said would cost me over $300 to fix, cost me nothing more then $15 here.
