On Sept 9th, I had Brad from Leisure Time Rv come to Port Glasgow to replace our hot water tank. Brad was professional, very polite did the job in short order and was a pleasure to have him come and work on our rv. I have not been happy with the service here. They replaced parts that did not need to be replaced to make more money off a warranty claim that was not necessary. They would tell me parts are coming in this week and then they don't come in. They would tell me camper would be ready the same day and I would be a week before I hear from anyone.

Bought a used trailer and leisure trailer was great for putting in an a/c unit, a safety, checking it out for anything broken or needing attention. Two weeks later they had a technician help me set up the sway bars, put in a battery, and a few other small parts for free (minus the cost of the parts). They had some great advice about setting up a brake line so that the trailer breaks engage when I'm stopping. My only wish is they had more time to set up work sooner as they are very busy...isn't everyone though. I highly recommend leisure trailer for all your trailer needs whether you bought from them or not. - 8/17/2022

We would give Leisure Trailers 6 or 7 stars if we could. We found a Pleasure-Way Van listed on their webpage that interested us, but living in NB we were concerned about how this could work. We called, negociated and purchased sight unseen. We did a lot of due dilliagance on Leisure Trailers to ensure they were legit and certainly all information around this business was positive. We flew in, were picked up by the owner and met by Andrew in Finance and met more staff. They gave us a very intensive walkthrew where Edward [owner] would bring his shop crew in one at a time to explain the component which was their specialty. You could see the pride Edward has in his staff and we especially liked the appreciation he showed them directly for taking their time and walking us through solar, water heaters, etc. We feel like we made friends in this business and can not recommend them enough...especially for those that are not in province. This is really something they understand and excel in. We love our new Pleasure-Way and it is exacally as they described. (Maybe better) - 7/24/2022

When we had some mechanical issues the day before we were scheduled to take a long weekend trip in our trailer, they took care of us by fixing our trailer and saved our trip. Angie was warm and extremely helpful in helping us find the exact model that met our needs and checked all the boxes.
We appreciated how we were treated by all the staff from showings to pickup.
We visited other sales lots and none carried Grand Design and had anything comparable to select from.

What am amazing experience purchasing an rv from Leisure. They have a great team of people. I can’t say enough about how satisfied we were when we pulled our new rv out of the parking lot. The demo was very thorough and Dennis made sure we were comfortable with how the rv operated. What a great job by everyone. They have a great selection of high quality campers. Andrew the financial expert, explained and simplified everything so we could understand with ease. JT who did the demo with me explained everything on the use of the trailer, answers any questions you may ask. Service told us exactly when the trailer would be delivered and stayed in contact with any issues. Lastly the delivery was awesome, Gary was very caring and precise. Leveling and set up was perfect, if Gary wasn’t happy with something he would make sure we were perfectly satisfied. Thank you guys so much for saving me the trip to Tecumseh from Chatham by mailing these parts to me! Love the Camco Life at the Campsite parts but they’re hard to find sometimes. For anyone interested, the shipping was $31 but it would have cost me that much and more in gas ⛽️ - 5/20/2022
They repaired the slide on our trailer, when I got the bill I thought it was a bit expensive but after looking at the work they did it was well worth it. The slide is repaired better than it was built from the factory. If I could afford to have my other 3 slides redone by then I would. - 5/02/2022
