They replaced parts that did not need to be replaced to make more money off a warranty claim that was not necessary. They would tell me parts are coming in this week and then they don't come in. They would tell me camper would be ready the same day and I would be a week before I hear from anyone.

Two weeks later they had a technician help me set up the sway bars, put in a battery, and a few other small parts for free (minus the cost of the parts). They had some great advice about setting up a brake line so that the trailer breaks engage when I'm stopping. My only wish is they had more time to set up work sooner as they are very busy...isn't everyone though. I highly recommend leisure trailer for all your trailer needs whether you bought from them or not. read less
